Our return policy is 30 days. No refunds/exchanges will be accepted if 30 days have gone by since your purchase. CDRs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging/unopened. Please mail the return to Marston Records, and we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement disc, set or jewel case, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the item and the defect. There is no need to return defective items to Marston.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if the order was made in error, otherwise we will provide a refund or credit towards your next order for your shipping costs if the disc(s) were accidentally shipped by us.
Overseas customers are responsible for all necessary duties and taxes as required by local laws when receiving foreign shipments. Inventory permitting, we may ship orders for recent releases to European Union customers from within the EU, but there is no guarantee since stock with our EU distributors is limited. Please contact us for the most up-to-date information about EU availability for specific titles.
PREFERRED CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS
If you are a preferred customer living in the U.S.A. wishing to place an order through the website, please contact Marston at email@example.com to obtain a coupon code to get free shipping for your online orders. For overseas preferred customers, the ½-off shipping charges member benefit cannot be applied to online orders; in order to receive this discount, the order must be placed by phone, email, or mail.
Marston occasionally offers future releases for a discounted price to preferred customers. This is yet another way that—along with the free Lagniappes series and shipping discounts—we say “thank you” to our subscribers for helping make possible the work that we do. Here is our policy regarding these discounts:
- Preferred-customer discounts for future releases are only applicable to those who are already preferred customers by the time of the set’s official release date.
- All-preferred, piano-preferred, and vocal-preferred customers can take advantage of the preferred price for any of our future releases.
- Each preferred customer is entitled to one (1) copy at the discounted price.
- Following the official release, discounted sets will only be available at full price to all customers.
